Please read the following cancellation policy carefully before making your reservation:

1. Free cancellation

• Reservations can be canceled free of charge 14 days prior to arrival. In this case, the full amount will be refunded.

2. Cancellation fee

• If the cancellation is made within 14 days prior to arrival, half of the amount paid will be charged as a cancellation fee and is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show

• If the guest cancels the reservation on the day of arrival or does not arrive, 100% of the total reservation fee will be charged.

4. Modification of reservation

• The arrival or departure date can be changed 14 days prior to arrival, depending on availability. Please contact us!

5. Early departure

• In case of early departure, we are unable to refund the reservation fee.

6. Force majeure

• In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, epidemic restrictions), we will cancel, modify, or refund the deposit on a case-by-case basis.
