To ensure a pleasant and undisturbed stay, please observe the following house rules:

• Check-in: from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.

• Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

• Early arrival or late departure is possible by prior arrangement.

• Access is via a key safe; we will send you the code a few days before your trip.

• Only the persons specified in the reservation may stay in the apartment.

• A state fishing license is required for fishing (both domestic and foreign licenses are valid), and a local ticket must be purchased! Please indicate your intention in advance! Tickets can only be requested through us.

• Please use the furniture and equipment for their intended purpose. Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur.

• Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas. Smoking/IQOS use is strictly prohibited in the apartment!

• Important! The cover of the jacuzzi must always be replaced when not in use! Do not accidentally turn off the cleaning system next to it!

• Please return the apartment tidy and leave the dishes clean!

• When leaving the apartment, please make sure that all windows and doors are closed and that the lights and other electrical appliances are turned off!

• We are unable to accommodate pets. Of course, certified assistance dogs are an exception.

• We are not responsible for any valuables left in the apartment.

• Please report any irregularities or malfunctions so that we can remedy them as soon as possible!

• For cancellation conditions and deposit refunds, please refer to the booking conditions.

• The surveillance camera is used to monitor the entrance and parked cars.

• Prices include tourist tax.
